Ryse Property was founded by husband and wife team, Milan and Amanda, combining decades of hands-on construction experience with strategic development expertise.
Both born and raised on the Central Coast of NSW, we bring a deep understanding of the local market, building landscape, and planning environment — allowing us to deliver practical, informed advice and high-quality project outcomes.
Milan has over 20 years’ experience in the building industry and is a qualified carpenter, builder, site supervisor and project manager. His background spans both residential and commercial construction, giving him a comprehensive understanding of how projects are delivered on the ground — from structure and sequencing through to quality and finish.
Amanda holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of South Australia, along with a Diploma in Project Management. With over 15 years’ experience across site acquisition, development planning, council approvals and project management, she brings a strategic, big-picture approach to every project.
Together, we offer a unique combination of construction knowledge and development strategy — bridging the gap between idea and execution.
